So this is Selfstuck, explained by past me here:

Havenseized was a massive Homestuck RP from the Sporum, which collapsed under its own weight as hordes of characters, plot holes you could drive tanks through, and other more standard RP issues rotted it to the core. One component in Havenseized was Intermission II, meant to feature characters based nigh-entirely off of ourselves, going through a more standard session.

Unfortunately, one of the other huge issues in Havenseized was that we would get far too distracted thinking up ideas for far off plot segments, especially Intermission II, which meant we wouldn't focus on the current story.

Now, this isn't a revival to Havenseized, as I'm starting to notice that to revive Havenseized without heavy alteration would be to redo a failed experiment, hoping it'd turn out better for no good reason. As such, I thought that, given it was one of the parts of the story we all were more excited for, why not simply make it a story all its own?

Even with the large amount of fatty plot in-conherency that was Havenseized, large revisions need be made. For one, we now know much more about how SBURB functions, and it only makes sense that we use that information to our advantage. No more "Troy fucks with the game, that explains it" cop-outs. Second off, we will have to make a somewhat more interesting conflict, given the initial plan being "Perfectly normal session" would be a bit dull for us Homestuck-readers. So, what I request from you is this:

1. If you intend to be in this RP, post about it/vote
2. If you think you might be in this RP, post about it/vote
3. If you have plot ideas, post about it.
-What we'd need for this would be Exile and main villain stuff. I've had thoughts about bringing back Blanc, the old Havenseized villain, but I'm open to other ideas.
4. If you will/think you will be in this, and have old character information, please post it so I can start storing it.
- Expect things like Dream Planet, Role, Land, etc. to be open for change. I might need to tweak things, but I'll try not to.

Other important stuff to note:

1. There will be no trolls. They're not required and are a large part of why things get a bit overcomplicated in these things.
2. No cherubs.
3. As said, Dream Planet, Role, Land, etc. to be open for change.
4. While I'm willing to be Hero of Time again, we still need a Hero of Space, and they need a Land of ____ and Frogs
5. The first person to enter is the Ectobiologist. They work with the Hero of Space to make a universe. Their role doesn't matter.
6. I want monosyllabic words for roles, please. I may allow very small exceptions, but don't count on it.
7. If you read all this, put Imma Got Tiger in the Other section.
8. People will reach god tier. I'd say probably not everyone, but where's the fun in that?

Modus: Anagram modus. Any object entering the Sylladex is scrambled (i.e. a LIME is re-translated to GREEN FRUIT which may become, say, GET FIRE & RUN). Withdrawing an object is as simple as scrolling through a list of these nonsensical phrases and attempting to decipher them, or maybe just picking one at random and hoping for the best.

The land is rather dark and misty (which is brilliant for Shawn thanks to his eye problems), and light rarely shines through the dark clouds that seem to completely cover it. It is not completely dark, as there are small, glowing patters on what appears like ruins and some scattered on the ground. The patters appear to look like screaming figures, vaguely humanoid in shape, and definitely of the female gender. They get a little creepy at some points, and some times you will hear screams off in the distance. It's better to not question what those are, as the consorts do not seem to be too afraid of the noises, only the glowing patters, as they will not step on the linees, and go right around them.

Modus: Catscratch modus -- Items can be placed into it without a problem, but they are immediately randomised into two seperate options, safe and unsafe. The safe items can be taken out with ease, though the unsafe are /flung/ out at high speeds. Can be dangerous if you get in the way of one of the unsafe items, as that could end badly depending on what it was. Catscratch being the name as the modus seems to get more annoyed as more items get placed in, and is more likely to 'scratch', and throw out an unsafe item. the less crowded, the easier it is to get something. If you picture it like a cat becoming more scared and more likely to hurt someone if it was crowded around rather than a less amount of people.

However, a lot of it has stagnated and is pretty futile ever since they’ve mostly gone to war against each other over deciding what ingredient goes best with APPLE JUICE (or CIDER, in some areas). Despite the several differences between the several cultures, all of them seem to revere the prophecy of the arrival of some legendary figure going by many names, usually called THE ROGUE and THE UBERMENSCH. You have a sinking feeling that that is YOU.

Dream Planet: Prospit. Yes, Derse, due to its cynical nature, probably brings out more characterization, but 1) there are less people on Prospit and we’re trying to keep it even, 2) Future reading with the Skaian clouds can be nice, and 3) you’d rather not deal with the thought of agents slitting your throat while you’re unconscious.

Guardian: You were raised posthumously by your GRANDFATHER, with the help of your (recently late) loyal pet Dog, MOBY, who carried out your GRANDFATHER’s mysterious instructions. Besides Moby, your GRANDFATHER also interacted with you via VIDEO TAPES. You assumed they were some kind of clever use of communication like Skype, but after noticing several particulars concerning the tapes you begin to suspect THAT MIGHT NOT EXACTLY BE THE CASE. You might also make a case for your NEIGHBOR, but you’d rather not; she seems to be a tad on the sleazy side.

Specibus: Pen&Rapierkind (a Dual Weapon, in the style of Problem Sleuth). Your starting weapon is the PEN YOU JUST FOUND IN YOUR POCKET, which so happens to be your TRAINING RAPIER.

Modus: Your GRANDFATHER was RELATIVELY WEALTHY, and due to plenty of messages and other factors, you are lead to believe that he has hidden stashes of Moduses all throughout your HOUSE. However, you so far have only found two, both of which suck.

The first being your 12-DIMENSIONAL RUBICK’S CUBE MODUS, which requires you to solve a Rubick’s Cube whose dimensions span 12 separate dimensions if you want to actually use anything in it. In fact, to actually PUT anything in it, you have to line up one of the colors, which you can only do by blind luck at spinning it. You find it impossible for anyone without GODLY SEEING ABILITIES. Fittingly, the ‘Cube’ in question is shaped as though to resemble a RUDE HAND GESTURE.

The second SUCKY MODUS would be your DISGUSTED FOOD CRITIC MODUS, which is slightly more useful. Emphasis on slightly. Inserting most any object within it would cause said item to be ripped apart, flung across the room, and drenched in a FOUL ODOR along with a CURIOUS OOZE. However, you can only insert things which would usually fit into a reasonably sized human mouth.

The only Modus you find yourself caring to use is your POCKET MODUS, which isn’t really a Modus at all; it’s literally just storing things in your pockets. Even then, it has its faults: you can only store small items within it, which if sharp have a tendency to STAB YOUR THIGH, and when sitting down have a tendency to FALL OUT. Nonetheless, you find it the most practical of the few you own.

In short, the Land of Wrecks and Vines is an island-type world, surrounded by waters filled with shipwrecks and containing vast jungles of, you guessed it, vines. Various things are imprisoned by the entanglement of vines, including wrecked planes and other things that crash-landed into the world. Some of these wrecks are rather large and, of course, can often be searched to scavenge items. Oftentimes, though, it’s rather dangerous trying to jump from tree to tree and land on the vines before they collapse. Interesting things often wash up on the shores, but it’s treacherous to try to go out to the gigantic shipwrecks that litter the coast and the waters. It’s possible to walk through the jungles if one is careful and can avoid being caught in them, but the shores are relatively vine-free.

Specibus: Shurikenkind. Originally just some cardboard shuriken-shaped things with sortofnotreally pointy edges that don’t do much. The only type of real damage you can make at first is through some attempted kicks or punches as you throw them. (I actually am a black belt. So black belt skills. Yes.)

Modus: Memory Modus. Items are sorted based on entrance order and, much like a matching card game, you must attempt to make a “pair” of the item you want. One copy of the item “card” is placed in the order it was entered into the modus while the other is in a randomized spot. Depending on the size and importance of the item, you will have a period of time varying from a few milliseconds to up to five seconds to see the location of the cards, and then about a minute and five tries to make a pair. If a pair is made, you get the item. If you fail to make a pair any of the five times, the modus overloads and is inaccessible for up to three minutes. Furthermore, if you make a pair but it isn’t of the item you wanted, too bad so sad because, guess what, you’re stuck with it. Oh, it’s also organized in two columns, each column containing one copy of the item’s card.

Other: I am in possession of the Tiger from Got. Also, slight fear of the dark because creepy shadow things. Oh and the hair color isn't black, it just wasn't working for me any other way so yeah like it's considered auburnish I guess...? Sprites will most likely be updated at some point.

Rix. The point is until you've been pestered, DON'T INTRO.
You can ask about starting chat with someone, but we have too many people to just all try to intro at once.
