Magic: The Gathering fan club!

I am kinda new into M:TG, but the kids in my BSA troop are still using the 2010 set!

I learn some time last year, and it's a lot of fun even though I keep on losing to my mentor. I'm getting the hang of building decks and I built something I thought was really good, but then my mom grounded me and took it away. I never saw it since.

Why are people so careless with my stuff?

That's bad. But it sucks that I've no one to play against, because 2010 set and 2012 set don't mix well, do they?

I so need to get back into Magic. I stopped playing around when Defenders of Kamigawa came out (financial issues), got back in about a year ago and completely fell through because of the new rules. Anyone play on Magic Workshop and mind a noob who is still getting used to the rules (and seeing a certain Blue Planeswalker everywhere)?

No joke, out of thirteen games I played with random people on Magic Workshop I went against four copies of Jace in eleven of those games. Tired of seeing him around.

My white deck has Odric, his crusaders, champion of the parish, and riders of gavony.

Oh, and to piss people off more, the 5/3 angel that gets hexproof and indestructable when a human is on the field.

Most of those cards result in wins.

My blue is a complete evil. Stormtide leviathan, harbor serpent, multiple kraken hatvhlings, a Jace's Fantasm (+4+4 while opponent has >10 cards in their graveyard), and all the enchants and instants for an asshole mill deck.

Is M12 legal in any FNM format?

I played a blue mill deck with Jace's Fantasms. He didn't have enough unsummons and such, though, so the second I hit 10 cards in my discard I activated a 1/1 human soldier I have that taps to destroy creature power 4 or greater. He looked at me with such utter loathing. It was awesome.

Yeah, white kind of does tend to have that "Fuck everything big" effect.

Or, alternatively, that "My everything attacks". I have about about 8 cards that buff everything, 3 that make my creatures immune to X, and a handful that are basically just perfect blockers. Oh, and what few of my creatures DON'T have vigilance get it from Captain of the Watch. :D

Oh, and then there's Odric. "I swing for thirty... aaaand you don't block."

Not to mention White Tokens, aka Krenko But White 2 the Electric Boogaloo

two mana enchantment that gives all tokens +1/+1 and vigilance.

White confirmed for most asshole color
