Also I just want to add this bit: it isn't against the rules, but it IS very impolite that when you have a third roleplaying with you (Fail_Whale), you simply ignore them and start advancing without them and start posting as if you were playing tennis (Jokie and Squamate).

It's the president's comment that is intriguing. What Nox said means nothing, we all know what he's going to do. It's that a) the catalysts were orchestrated all along, and that the president is either up to something we don't know about or utterly stupid in letting Nox off the hook that easily.

Just a note to others, with a lot of very appreciated feedback from Eo, I came up with the idea of Steph slowly losing her human mind to her gorgon instincts, causing her to claim the hotel and pretty much turn it into the closest you can get to a cave-like maze structure. Lotsa fun, her own private domain, with a present from Rodney of course, and probably crawling with snakes bred right from yours truly, as well as a place for the kids to slither around.

Pretty much ripped the idea off diz place.

Well not so much in that the effects can be reversed by just the presence of other catalysts, it's the combination of factors centred around her isolation that is making her go insane.

I was just pointing out the similarities between your train of thought and Lieo. The bees conscious and will became stronger than Damon, and began shoving him into the closet, essentially. Aka, "losing his mind to his gorgon (bee) instincts" although not precisely equal.

Let's not forget Lieo also made a maze out of a building. Not trying to call you out or anything, it's just something that I have noticed.
